Club
History
Fluor Communicators is a corporate club. We are a diverse group of people consisting of Professionals: Engineers, Doctors, Lawyers, IT Specialists, Artists, Entrepreneurs and Gig workers who share the common goal of development in communication and leadership skills resulting in greater self-confidence and personal growth.
The birth of Fluor Communicators was the result of a few friends getting together during the weekends and making a relentless pursuit to improve their leadership and communication skills. However, in the absence of a formal structure and the non-availability of a proper mechanism to get feedback on their performance, the group decided to form a Toastmasters club.
Fluor Communicators held its’ Charter Installation Ceremony on the 1st of May 1979. Today Fluor Communicators has come a long way with the club being ranked amongst the top #5 in the District. We take great pride in being a professional support system, as each one of us contributes to the club to help our fellow club members achieve the goal of being a great public speaker and leader.
